About Agent Kopi

Agent Kopi started as a simple idea: a small, mobile coffee setup that could show up where people already are – weddings, offices, homes – and serve drinks that feel genuinely cared for, not just “one more drink on the table”.

Behind the cart is someone with a background in food science — years spent understanding flavour, formulation and how small details affect consistency. That experience now shapes the way each brew, bottle and workflow is tested, refined and served.

Today, the cart focuses on small-batch brews, bottled drinks and coffee support for people who want something a little more intentional – from couples planning their big day to teams planning a simple coffee moment in the pantry.

Along the way, Agent Kopi also quietly helps home-based and emerging coffee businesses with equipment choices, packaging and workflow – so more people can brew well in small spaces without wasting money.

What kind of events do you usually do?+

Weddings, solemnisations, private parties, corporate events, media days and small in-house moments like pantry coffee days. If your idea involves people and drinks, we’re happy to see if the cart or bottled drinks can fit in.

How early should we book Agent Kopi?+

As early as you can, especially for weekends. That said, you can still message us for last-minute dates — if we can make it work, we will. For bottled orders without a cart, a few days’ notice is usually enough.

Do you have a minimum number of guests or hours?+

We usually quote based on a block of service time plus an estimated number of cups. For very small groups, we may recommend bottled drinks or drink bags instead of a full cart, so that it stays good value for you.

What drinks can you serve? Is it only coffee?+

Coffee is the heart of the cart, but we also do non-coffee options like matcha and chocolate drinks (when available). For events, we can plan a mix of coffee and non-coffee so more guests are included.

Can you provide alternative milks or less sweet options?+

Yes. We can include alt milk (like oat or soy) and adjust sweetness levels. Just let us know your guests’ preferences when you enquire so we can plan the menu and costing properly.

Do you only do events, or can we order bottles too?+

You can order bottled cold brew, matcha/chocolate (when available), drink bags with spouts and beans in small batches, even without an event. The Orders section has a simple WhatsApp form to start that conversation.

What do you need from the venue to set up?+

Typically, a stable table or space for the cart, access to power for equipment, and a safe, reasonably sheltered spot. For certain setups, we’ll confirm exact requirements with you during planning.

Are you Muslim-owned / is everything non-alcoholic?+

Yes, Agent Kopi is Muslim-owned and our drinks are non-alcoholic. If you have specific concerns about ingredients, just ask and we’ll be happy to walk you through what goes into the drinks.

How do we confirm a booking?+

Start by WhatsApping us with your event or order details. We’ll confirm availability, share a clear breakdown of what’s included and the costing, and let you know the next steps to lock in the date.

What is the Matcha Tap?+

Our Matcha Tap is a simple, event-friendly setup where matcha is kept chilled in a tank and poured directly from a tap. It’s not the full café-style draft tower — just a clean, practical system that lets us serve matcha quickly and consistently at weddings, offices and private events.
